Acoustic Research


An ongoing research on spatial-material linkage runs alongside acoustic tests with raw drivers in empty rooms: how the diameter, distortion, and phase behaviour of a loudspeaker design meets the resonances of the space, what parts of a sound localise at the loudspekaer driver and what detach and disperse, and what changes when the loudspeaker is moved: turned or carried.
